Ingredients
3cupsrolled oats
1cupslivered almonds
1 cupcashews
3/4cupshredded coconut
1/2cuphoney
1/4cupoil, vegetable
3/4tspsalt
1cupraisins (or any dried fruit)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
In a large bowl, combine the oats, nuts, and coconut
In a separate bowl, combine honey, oil, and salt.
Combine both mixtures and pour onto 2 sheet pans.
Cook until browned, stirring every 15 minutes to achieve an even color.
Remove from oven and transfer into a large bowl.
Add raisins (or other dried fruit) and mix until evenly distributed.
