Ingredients
- 2 cups sourdough starter
- 4 Tbls melted butter, lard or coconut oil
- 2 Tbls sweetener rapadura, honey, maple syrup, mashed bananas or a pinch of stevia powder
- 3 Eggs
- 2 Tbls arrowroot powder or shredded coconut
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda

Instructions
- Preheat cast iron frying pan.
- Mix together all of the ingredients in a large bowl. If the batter seems a bit thick then add a little water or milk.
- Pour batter into medium heat frying pan and cook for about 2 minutes per side.
