Ingredients

sourdough starter

Tbls
melted butter, lard or coconut oil

Tbls
sweetener
rapadura, honey, maple syrup, mashed bananas or a pinch of stevia powder

Eggs

Tbls
arrowroot powder
or shredded coconut
1/2
tsp
sea salt
1/2
tsp
baking soda
Instructions
Preheat cast iron frying pan.
Mix together all of the ingredients in a large bowl. If the batter seems a bit thick then add a little water or milk.
Pour batter into medium heat frying pan and cook for about 2 minutes per side.
