- 1 whole chicken
- 2 cups greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp turmeric
- 1/4 cup light honey
- 1 piece, ginger root, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp oil, vegetable

Instructions
- Combine yogurt, paprika, turmeric, honey, ginger and garlic thoroughly.
- Season chicken with kosher salt
- Pour yogurt over the chicken and let marinate 3 hour to overnight.
- Spread chicken pieces out on oiled pan and roast in 375 degree oven for 45 minutes.
- Serve with lime pickle and raita.
