Tandoori Honey Chicken
This classic Indian dish is easier to make than one would expect, and is great as a main course OR side-dish. – Heather Carlucci
Ingredients

whole chicken

cups
greek yogurt
2
tbsp
paprika
1
tbsp
turmeric
1/4
cup
light honey
1
piece, ginger root, chopped
3
garlic cloves
2
tbsp
oil, vegetable
Instructions
Combine yogurt, paprika, turmeric, honey, ginger and garlic thoroughly.
Season chicken with kosher salt
Pour yogurt over the chicken and let marinate 3 hour to overnight.
Spread chicken pieces out on oiled pan and roast in 375 degree oven for 45 minutes.
Serve with lime pickle and raita.
